The train stops in quaint towns along the way, like Creel, Divisadero and El Fuerte, until reaching its final destination of Los Mochis in Sinaloa, 10 hours later. Leaving everyday at 6:00 AM from Chihuahua to Los Mochis and Los Mochis to Chihuahua, this breathtaking journey is a great way to see Chihuahua’s major attraction, the Barrancas del Cobre (Copper Canyon), four times larger and deeper than the Grand Canyon, located on the steepest part of the western range of the Sierra Madre Occidental Mountains.
