The exquisite and hot Baikal is the best place in Acapulco for an over the top dining experience. The restaurant features a  large dining room, with a two-story ceiling, with comfortable seating, including sofas that border the room. The creative menu combines fusion fare, then adds a dash of Mexican flare. There’s also an extensive selection of wines, as well as live piano music nightly. As a fashionably late dining spot, Baikal features a huge bar, a dancing floor, giant screen and a VIP area. Reservations must be made. The restaurant is not open for lunch and closes on Monday.
