Passion Island in Cozumel

Passion Island or Isla Pasion is a tiny island in Bahia Abrigo with secluded beaches and rocky shorelines (see island adventure Cozumel). It is a state reserve, is located north of San Miguel and you need to contact a fishing/dive charter to take you there. Visit this fantastic place for a day of relaxation away from crowds, where sand and beach and the green and blue Carribean waters await. You can watch crocodiles, iguanas, flamingos and many other species in this natural sanctuary. Drive through the town of Cozumel to an abandoned sascab mine, and ride off road through mysterious trails through the jungle, then party at Isla Pasion and enjoy one of the best beaches in the caribbean.

Cozumel beaches are really beautiful. This Yucatan resort offers you the possibility to enjoy at least three different types of beaches (smooth while sand beaches, rocky beaches and Man-made beaches).

If you are looking for tranquillity, Punta Chiqueros and Punta Morena may be very good options. If you want to snorkel or kayak, go to Playa Uvas where you will also find a beautiful restaurant.
