Tourism in México: Mexico plans tourism investment boost

Mexican tourism is set for a substantial investment boost over the coming years, the government has revealed. The country is hoping to secure $20bn (£10.27bn) of private investment by 2012, which would represent a six-fold increase. Mexican president Felipe Calderon revealed that the Central American country saw record investment of $3.5bn in 2007, DPA reports. [...]
